my phones not repaired after 4months

On the 1st of December 2014 I took my phone for repairs imei no ***, i was told they could not repair the phone and it was sent back to the shop. I checked the shop and I was advised that it was sent to the wrong store and they were trying to organize for it to be sent to the correct store. On Friday 20.03.2015 I received an SMS that quote rejected/beyond repair/warranty voided/ No fault found. Device return pending payment of service R 330. This surprises me because on the 10th of February they sent me an email that the device was dispatched to the store. I accepted the quote.
