Gatvol of waiting

<p>I send my phone in for repair on 12/04/16 because of the camera not focusing the imei number is *** and i am still waiting for the exchange the job card number cnufs*** and if the guys from mtn springs phone them there's always excuses of they are waiting for stock from the warehouse .They have logged a usd but still no results from the usd that was logged.I'm not happy at all and my patience is running out ive been n contract customer for 4 years at mtn and this is what i get as customer service really pathetic went in store today again and still no progress has been made</p>
