Disapointed

<p>Hi,</p> <p>Hope you well?</p> <p> </p> <p>I have nothing but problems with the M4 Aqua IMEI 35 ********** 8 42843.</p> <p>I took the phone on contract from Autopage they sold the contract to MTN , when I took it they said they adding insurance too but now I find out there was no such thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really wish that this phone could just be exchanged and not just repaired , I have done sony’s software repair more than 10 times from time I have the phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I finally handed it into MTN at mtn store in westwood.</p> <p>Please provide update on it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p>Amith</p>
