Charging Cable Repairs

I'm not very happy with the service that I receive from the company. First they send me a quote without explaining to me what will be repaired, secondly, this is the second time the handset was send in for \repairs". According to the consultants (Andrew and Thato) the charging cable (which you plug into the wall to charge your phone) was repaired or replaced.
