Wrong info

Firstly, I complained to the caretaker regarding the people that are smoking next to my flat and also the music noise in the flat, however I receive a letter saying that I'm the one who is smoking and this is a first warning and I will pay a fine of r500.<br> <br> I don't even smoke and I don't even hold parties in my place. The noise comes from the flat next to mine and the matter has been escalated to security who never did anything about it.<br> I need this matter resolved and I need a letter of apology from Carien Baransky as she is the one who send me the letter without proper investigation.
