worst service provider ever

I just knew from the get go I'd have problems with HUURKORADMIN..if I'd known they were the service provider I would have not rented this place.cause iv never heard anything good about them. First problem I have is with the billing.I am being billed all sorts of Levy's of which my lease contract specifically says I am not liable for..contacted my agent and I was told that is how utilities will be charged even though it is NOT in my lease.. Now I had my services cut off because I did not pay for all the charges that are not responsibility..because I can not stay in the dark I paid whatever fees they requested and to my surprise my services were still not reconnected,I'll b spending this cold weekend in the dark... These people have no contact person for after hours emergencies and the property agent is not responding to my messages.. Thought infinitum was the worst but HUURKORADMIN takes the cup...they make you pay for what was never agreed upon on the lease and STILL stay in the dark..can imagine what will when I move out with my deposit.I URGE ANYONE LOOKING FOR PROPERTY OR RENTING OUT A PLACE THAT HAS HUURKORADMIN AS A SERVICE PROVIDER TO LOOK ELSEWHERE...
