Worst service by Huurkor Agents at the Gerhard Apartments Centurion

First of all I don’t want to recommend anyone to use these real estate agents which were listed below:

First of all.. Rebecca which is a agent for huurkor. Firstly called her for more information about the Gerhard Properties in Centurion, after she said I must send her a message to get the information, I did what she asked and sent her a message, the following day she rep**** with the message of “What Property?” After I finished at work I called her and asked if I will be able to come and view the apartment, where she told me to go to the Gerhard apartments and call her again once I arrive there and give the phone to the security, which implies already that the security at the gates won’t be as safe as what it’s supposed to be as they will open for anyone, when I arrived at the gates and tried to contact her she shut down her phone so that we can’t be able to call her.

Afterwards we decided to use Rodney which also is a agent for huurkor for the apartments at Gerhard, he told us that Rebecca are doing it most of the times. And he arranged with us to meet there at 5:30 as we must go and view the place. When we arrived there and called him he told us that he is already in Sunnyside at his housing. After that he said on friday 14th december that well meet at 5 o’clock at the first gate of Gerhard apartments. After which he was again not there and at his house and implying that he doesn’t have petrol to get to the apartments to show us.

This is not any good service to give people who wants to rent a apartment, now I ask the question of how long will the process take then if we want to sign contract with them? Two months maybe?

Very disappointed with Huurkor and their agents!
