Worst Service and Response Time Ever!!!

Hi My name is Vela Ntoto and I'm a current client with Huurkor Sunnyside, Pretoria. I have been reporting a broken window and a faulty leaking toilet for 3 months now to date, and nothing has been done about this and I was asked to fill in a checklist for damaged or faulty items in the flat when I moved in September 2014. Till to date none of the items that I have written on the checklist have been attended to since September 2014, and since then the condition of the flat and the severity of the faults has increased. Currently my toilet is leaking water and since yesterday night it's not flushing and I can't use it, what's worse I have a pregnant wife who lives with me. The window issue was broken by a storm on 19th December 2014 and i reported it on the 20th December 2014, still nothing has been done about it, I have to block rain and winds with a black trash plastic bag. I am tired of reporting things to them and nothing is being done and the next thing they will want to deduct the broken items from my deposit AGAIN!!! after reporting it months ago. I urge that who ever wants to rent from them in the future, THINK AGAIN!!!!
