Worst managing rental agent!!!

Lease expired month-end August. Deposit was to be paid within 3 weeks, which was in September. Upon enquiry I was informed that it was not processed and will be processed in October, was patient enough to give them that period. Following up again I was told they not sure when they'll pay me and my refund will only be processed this Friday 29th October 2021.
