Worst customer service

I have just sold my property in Lotus Garden and they are the body cooperates at that building.the registration got finalised on 21 July 2022 and the lawyers informed Huurkor to close my account.however they still send me statement and charging me for levies of a place I no longer own.The lady who is supposed to assist us Vathiswa is the master of ignoring people and is very rude.I sent her emails and she doesn’t bother responding so I have to call her to follow up and when she does there is no service that she renders ..Huurkor must refund my money n levies charged on 26 July 2022
