Worst agents who don't care about tenants

They don't even deserve one star. This agents we rent from them because we need a place to stay while away from our home for work or school. Starting from the agents they have no passion to work with people. It's been a year now staying at a rented flat from Huurkor The lady working at accounts named Lydia she is so rude and don't do her job. After I paid my rent I will receive the email for not paying my rent with extra charges from payments office which only means she did not allocate my payment then that means more money for me to pay next month. This has been a trend if it is not allocation monies is something else for someone who did not do their work and the tenants always have to suffer paying extra money on rent which is really bad on our finances. The worst company or agents to rent from is Huurkor.
