Worst agency ever

Worst agency to rent from, no response from anyone in the company

My toilet is leaking, been asking and begging for a week get someone to respond to me as to what the next step will be

Rebecca and Dineo just do not reply to me at all, via e-mail and what app.

I don't understand how such a big company can give such pathetic service and get away with it
