withholding my deposit

i am very furious with this agency. i was a tenant there since 2012 december until 2015 may. when i requested my deposit i was told that there are things i have damaged. when i occupied that flat, i was given an inventory list and i marked all the damaged things and took it back to them. they told me that i would get the gate remote if i bring the list back, now i am being told that there is no list and am being blamed for its disappearance. now whatever is broken there she is taking it out of my deposit. i have been a faithful tenant regardless of their bad attitude to me whenever i was reporting things there including their faulty stove and geyser. the ladies working there have always been rude and gave me attitude and other tenants that are complaining about them who left with a bitter taste in their mouth. i even left their place clean and tidy. now for all that she is working towards not giving me my deposit, accusing me of a broken soap dish which cost less than twenty rands, which i didnt break but fount it loose. she first said that she is waiting for the supplier to give him a quote on that, which was more than a month ago. now i received an sms that was rude yesterday.
