I stay in Duncan Court. Huurkor Admin is pathetic. They overcharge and a water bill comes to a R1000. Their customer service is horrible. Rude and obnoxious. And today the complex is sitting without water- for the 2nd time this month. However they are quick to charge people exhurberrant rates and tariffs and cut people's water should they fail to pay in a day.
