Very dissapointed..Dont trust anyone

Okay so about 2 weeks ago we saw a place in Centurion on Gumtree to rent (she said she had bought the flat and is renting it out)...So we contacted the lady and went to see the place twice ...Paid a deposit of 5000 and signed a legitimate lease ...she explained to us how everything works and about the electricity and everything...The day we were suppose to get the keys by her and move in (01/05/18) we paid the first months rent into her account (Fnb account number: ********** 9297) she totally disappeared with all of our money and her phone was off ...So we lost R10 000 ...From there we took it further and went to Huurkor (they actually owned the place) and they didnt have any idea about anything they were talking about or even if the property has been sold or only being rented out ...from there they told us that they still have her deposit and will use it for us for a deposit ...One of huurkor's directors "Gerrie" said that he spoke to someone and they paid the other money for our first months rent into his account and we can pay him R650 to get our keys....Yay we're excited to be moving after all of it...All of a sudden he just had a change of mind and said no we cant get the keys anymore....I then told him to pay my money back and he did...At the start he was helpful but then turned around and i think Huurkor is just as guilty as the lady who stole from us...Warning everyone not to rent from them as they are *******!! The lady called herself Gracia bradford ********** 420 (real name and number Zothile Nkabinde ********** ) Gerrie @ huurkor ********** 572 ... Just a warning..Be careful who u trust..
