Useless staff

Im over it. I have been renting from huurkor Hatfield for about 4 months now. It took them 6 weeks to do the inspection and another week for repairs. We have ADT and till today I have not been told how it works, what the code is ect. I deal with Veresia and Tjaart from Huurkor Hatfield. And they just ignore my emails point blank. I sent mails regarding ADT a few times. Nothing!!! My rent has been paid in advance for 12 months and they don't give a damn
