Unprofessionalism at it's highest

Hi,<br> <br> I am still shocked at the level of unprofessionalism showed by one of your staff named Rosy. I wanted to view an apartment yesterday and called the huurkor offices in Sunnyside, were I was transferred to a lady named Rosy. She told me she can only help me view the apartment after hours at 6pm. I then asked for the address of which she provided. At 5:30 pm I was at the apartment waiting for her outside. I then decided to call to let her know I was there already of which she shocked me saying she never spoke with me in the morning and that someone must have answered her phone. I tried explaining to her that we actually spoke and that she even gave me the address of the complex. She then told me that she was in Wonderboom with another client, and that she will come to me as soon as she's done. I called her again around 6:05 to check if she was still coming as it was getting dark outside, she gave me assurance that she was then done with the other client and already on her way to my side. At about 6:35pm I called her and she was not picking my calls anymore, I decided to call her with another number which she picked immediately and told me she was on her way to me. SHE NEVER CAME!
