Unprofessional and Strange

I am looking for a place to rent and have contacted several Huurkor agents who have not returned back to me in days. They do not even respond to enquiries. This is so unfortunate because I do not think a business with this kind of reputation will thrive in the long run. If the agents are intent on ignoring clients/potential clients/tenants then who are they advertising properties for? Are they reserving them for their friends? It is very hard to understand how they intend on renting out properties by ignoring the very people looking for rentals. Why should potential tenants beg Huurkor agents to communicate with them? Why should any 'customer' beg a business to take their money? No way.

I've experienced this twice already. First at the beginning of the year, and now again at the end of this year. ALL the agents do not respond. The only one who did gave me a sassy and unprofessional response - there was no greeting, nothing but a cold, snappy response demanding a link to the listing ad from me as if she does not even know about the listing and yet her phone number is literally attached to the rental property ad. For these reasons, I'm never looking Huurkor's way ever again. They have not changed in a year and clearly do not take all these negative reviews attached to their business, name and reputation seriously.

If arranging a viewing is so much trouble, I can only imagine the kind of struggle it will/may be to get your deposit back from Huurkor. Very sad indeed. There is absolutely no reason for a business to operate this way in 2022. This comes off as extremely ***** and I would rather work with a different business.
