Unfair charges by Huurkor

I have a bad experience with huurkor ,I moved out recently at One of huurkor properties and they told me my file does not have a Tenant report and if I dont submit it I need to pay for faults identified ,as a company they should have proper filing and back up. Worse thing is when I occupied the place they failed to paint it for me now I’m charged for dirty walls.
