UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND LISTING OF NAMES

<p>Again Huurkor pushes me to the edge. I had secured a place and was told items in the apartment at Casa Botanica unit 307 will be fixed which they failed to do on time meaning I didn't move in. I then followed up with them and was told I can move in on the 1/11/2016 instead of 1/10/2016 and now they are saying I am in arrears for the month of October 2016 after failing to deliver! </p> <p> </p> <p>Reebeca Sehlabela, Norma Moore and Desiree Moore had all promised to have the place sorted and only started paying attention to my concerns after a review on Hello Peter and going to rental tribunal department. I'm now receiving sms' stating that they'll send a garshee order against my name because I'm arrears for their mess!</p> <p> </p> <p>Desiree Moore said I signed an application and certain clauses bind me to the apartment for October month 2016 saying they turned away tenants away while this apartment was secured through my deposit! question is, who would have lived in such a broken place! I paid 13k in full and now i'm being told of countless stories!? How do u send tenants to an apartment under liquidation, broken and have a query with the tribunal department and Hello Peter (false statements)</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told their superior would call so I will wait and see. My contract shows the 1/11/2016 as I signed this with Reebeca's PA who help me rectify the error from 1/10/2016 to 1/11/2016....</p> <p> </p> <p>I foresee a major case because one thing i have learnt is that Huurkor hates taking responsibilty!</p> <p>I can stand for anything but not the listing of my name for good reason on ITC and garnishee order they want to place against my name! I will fight this tooth and nail!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am truly disgusted by how Huurkor runs business (to put it mildly, the are a *****). Everyone I speak to about Huurkor has something negative to say. I will continue to spread the word about your services guaranteed! </p> <p> </p> <p>I am a very unhappy client!</p>
