Such a terrible experience. Studio flat was super dirty when we took occupancy. Shower door and toilet was broken and never repaired (after so many asks) Building was ****roach invested, which they fumigated for regularly, but when we left they charged us a huge cleaning fee and fumigation fee. And when we enquired about it (it wasn’t in the contract or discussed with us) they stated and I quote “why didn’t the tenant take the ****raoches with her?” Worst ever. No apology. No considerance. AVOID.
