I rented an apartment in Pretoria from this company. I had to unexpectedly move to another province. I informed a Karel and gave one month notice. Karel said there would be a cancelation fee of R575 which will be debited off my deposit. I agreed and he said that the process takes 20 days. This is all on email as proof. I contacted the company on Monday the 21st Nov and have been told by JC who is doing the refunds that i will not get my refund. I forwarded all the emails to him and he refuse to refund my deposit saying he is doing refunds and no one can make this decision. I asked to speak to a superior and Gerrie Kruger made contact. I forwarded all the emails to him. He in return said no refund will be done. Since the last email i send on Thursday afternoon Gerrie has now blocked my email.
