Trap Off Agent

Reap off agent ,they where not transparent with me regarding other charges.During viewing off the flat I asked about electricity they said prepaid only to find out it's metering/semi prepaid because when ever I recharge R115 will be deducted from the amount I will recharge and had to pay deposit for electricity. 2. I will be paying levy every month which was told about on the day of signing lease agreement 3.And when I leave property after I have served the lease agreement a whole R1100 will be deducted from my deposit even though you don't breach contract utter nonsense. I felt reaped off very bad experience with an agent it's better to lease property directly from the owner because thdse agents reap us off. I have paid so much for moving which was I was not told about a very ****ed ****ed new teanent l will never use their agency ever again. 4.If you use them just know you will pay a reduclious amount of money and theh are not transparent with their terms and conditions
