To Lazy To Keep You Informed

I have little to say that is positive about Huurkor. As a home owner using Huurkor to manage the renal of my property I have found their service to be shockingly inadequate. If I did not have a long term sitting tenant I would give them the boot.<br> I live and work in another part of Africa and cannot physically visit my property to see what is going on. I have to rely on Huurkor to do this for me which is where all the problems stem from as they do nothing. <br> Initially the service seemed reasonable. A tenant was found fairly quickly but once in my home the service deteriorated fast. These are some of my experiences.<br> No dialogue or communication from Huurkor about their management of my home.<br> No updates or provision of documentation such as tenancy agreements, condition reports as tenants.<br> All I get is a monthly rentroll statement which is not user friendly and makes little sense. I have shown them to other people and they agree.<br> The only contacts received are when there is a problem and the emphasis is on myself to solve it.<br> Lack of transparency about fees and the costs of services such as handymen and plumbers to fix household wear and tear problems. No explanation of damage.
