TMM lofts hatfield pathetic customer service

Poor customer service, an employees talking to customers rudely, this woman wendy from TMM in hatfield even said to me i,m not their customer just because my son stays there. The dispute was me asking her why is she harassing my son about outstanding money instead of addressing it with me. The amount that i,ve since paid. I don,t think reporting her to them will her as this big companies are usually bullies and used to getting away with it. Shame on you
