Very bad go out of there way to ***** your deposit and not to pay your deposit back. After we fixed and replaced fitting that weren't there and care taker where we stayed had a personal issue with us (Jealousy). After we moved out we cleaned the the whole flat and made a video for evidence. Now they claimed flat is dirty and we broke doors and dit not clean and made walls and we where not allowed. Fiancé told me that the caretaker told her she can make holes in the wall but if we move we need to fill it. I filled all the holes with poly filler myself the the before we moved. And nails that was in the walls we left as found. Shower did not have a shower rose or head we installed our own and left it as is. My fiance paid a double deposit of R14500.00 and now they only want to refund us R4500 rand after claiming the whole flat needed to painted and a lot of nonsense. When she moved in promises was made to her that they will come and paint the flat end clean the carpets that never happened.
