Their stuff have bad attitude , and the do not care about other people time, they are selfish.

I had moved in one of theirrental properties in December, and when i got to the place, it was too dirty , and i also found cats , which i called the agent immediately and i was told that they are not responsible for the cleaning and pets in the properties, when i was viewing the place i did not see cats, and i was not told that the properties have cats, the guy told me that Huurkor can not do anything because people just leave the pets when they move out. there offices where closed that time because it was weekend, and on Monday, i called the office and emailed them, they told me that is not there problem they will not do anything, I then told the lady that then i want to move out because i am not comfortable with the area that is full of cats and they do not want to take control of it, they threatned that i will pay for the rest of the months , if huurkor does not find my replacement, i told them i do not owe them anything and i will moveout and i will not pay anything, i served my month. i got an note saying i should call a lady to organise inspection ASAP, which i did and got a very rude responds from them person, they do inspection when you move out but do not do it when you move in, you do your inspection and send them, i find it rediculous, anyway when i was trying to arrange time with the lady she told me they do that between 8 to 2, i told her that i will be working, that she didnt care, she told me if they dont caome and do that they will not give my deposit, that was last year december, i arranged and they came and did that . again in January i got the same letter, when i call and trying to find out , whats going on because this has been done , and the responds was they can not work with lasts years inspection, so i let them do it, and currently the unit has a tenant, because i moved out on the 1st. now i have two weeks calling them about my deposit, and all i get is the person who is working on your file is going to come after 1, they gave me the email of the person and i emailed the person , the person never rep**** to any of my mails, i call after, the phone just rings, no answer, and i called in this morning telling them that i can not keep on accepting that, the person told me that they can not help me because the person is working on it and will come in after 1, again,

can HUURKOR please start respecting people, and start doing what is right, as much as i payed in the deposit, why isit difult for them to pay me back the deposit,
