The not so helpful agent

I received very poor service. I Inquired about a town house in Kosmosdal as I am interested in moving. I saw the property on property24. I filled out the email link, the agent responded and have me her number. After contacting her to schedule a viewing via Whatsapp as she gave me permission, her responses have been abrupt and boarderline rude. I sent her a text, starting off by greeting. She doesn't greet, she is not helpful and till today since last week she hasn't told me when I can view the accommodation. I called today since she is not responding to my text as to when we can view. She called back and then hung up after i told her who I was. And never called back. This lady called Rebecca has been rude and my experience with Huurkor unpleasant
