Terrible service

<p>This is the most terrible sevice I have ever experience from any professional company! When you talk to them on the phone they hang up in your ear, are rude and tell you to talk to someone else., because they can't help you. We have asked for a specific apartment that we have looked at and they decided to give us another apartment that is not the same layout as the one we want. When confronting them to give us the apartment we want, they are unwilling to help and are extremely rude to thier customers. </p> <p>Now we have to move into a apartment that is too small and unpractical for what you pay for! Terrible customer service!!!!!!</p>
