Terrible Living Conditions

<p>Apollo 11 and 12 in Pretoria west (338 Soutter Street)</p> <p>I’m one of the residents in the above address experiencing these terrible living conditions:</p> <p>There is a drain from the factory next to this flat that is directing all their waist to our flat parking area, and this is creating a health problems as we have kids playing with this dirty water that we don’t know is it contains. I’m of a view that the flat owner / huurkor have an agreement about this drain.</p> <p>I have picture and a video clip of this situation (not loading on this system: Invalid File Type)</p> <p> </p>
