Shocking nature of Huurkor treatment of tenants

I have a friend who lets from Huurkor in Pretoria. The flat was supposedly cleaned. She found fleas in the apartment she raised this and the flat was 'fumigated'. She continued to be bitten by these fleas again she raised this and they 'cleaned ' the flat. She still found fleas. She raised this and was told by the manager Lericia that why is she making it her problem. Such arrogance. How are you leasing out properties that are filthy and when she raises this with you you tell her it's her problem. She now wants to move out and is being threatened bu Huurkor. Who runs this clown business?
