My mother is a widow, so my fathers property needs to be registered in her name as they were married ICP, now Huurkor added in the levy account, the legal fees which were paid already to the attorneys which were collecting the then outstanding levy fees on property. Now that the transfer needs to happen they hike up the levy account with attorney fees which were never hired by the owner. All of a sudden I get calls from people asking if I want to sell the place as the account is in "arrears". It is said, that is how they take the peoples properties. You will think they are helping you get out of debt whereas they take your property and sell it to the highest bidder.
