**** at Huurkor Boulevard Heights
Well I've experienced the worst @ Boulevard Heights Midrand. A woman came here yesterday saying she's meeting with Rebecca @ 14:00 pm. Spoke to the security and the care taker asking for help with transport since she's paid for everything and needs to move in. The caretaker came to us to help this woman with transport, my husband and the caretaker went with this woman to go collect whatever she needed to collect, she borrowed my husbands phone saying she left her phone with the security guard, next thing she disappeared with the phone while with the caretaker. I tried phoning Rebecca to find out if she had an appointment with this woman, she never answered any of my calls, the care taker tried phoning him as well, she never answered her phone. I sent an email to all agents at huurkor including Rebecca concerning what happened to us yesterday, Rebecca told me she doesn't work on a holiday and that we decided to help the ***** out of our own consent. Now all of these agents blocked me, can't send an email to any of them but the ***** came to this complex in the name of one of the agents. My question is, how did this woman know that there unit 20 available at this complex? If Rebecca is not answering our calls because she doesn't work holidays, that means the care taker and the security knows that she doesn't work on holidays, then why didn't they mention that, why did they help this woman in the first place? Why can't Rebecca answer the care takers calls to hear, what could be so urgent that the care taker decides to phone her on a holiday knowing that she doesn't work on a holiday? I really don't feel safe staying at this complex and even more frustrated seing all the views about not getting your deposit money in full. We're not safe in this complex, let alone being happy.
