rental horror

i was renting at summer fields estate in 2014, of which i moved out July of the same year, the reason for my leaving is that there has been two break-ins during my stay, i was not compensated for nothing, no one took responsibility for it, over and above that i didn't my deposit upon my exit as i was told that because i was told the deposit would go to the damages i had cause, this damages are damages caused by the burglars when they forcefully broke into the unit(windows and doors)i paid the electricity bill in full before i left of which i received a letter of clearance, however i went to the bank a few days back and i was told that im listed by Huurkor for an amount of R750 which im not aware of and of which i never received any demand or email reguesting the money and for what, when i called Huurkor to find out they couldn't explain to me anything, the lady was even rude with attitude towards me.
