Refund

I vacated a flat in November that is owned by Huurkor. We had to return the gate remotes to the body corporate and they told us to give them to the caretaker who will hand them over to Huurkor. A very rude guy by the name of Jan (excuse the spelling) told me over the phone they have nothing to do with the remotes and I must sort the problem by myself. I paid R300 for two remotes that they don't want to refund to me.<br> <br> Huurkor staff members are very rude towards people.
