Quick in demanding money, useless paying owed money.

<p>I used to rent a property (3 Deo Fortuno, Willow Park Manor) from huurkor from 2013-04-01 to 2016-08-31. In August 2016 I had to move out quickly, and gave notice in the middle of the month. It should have been 2 months notice, so I payed the rent for September, even though I wouldn't be staying there anymore. At the end of August Huurkor found new tenants for September, and promised to pay me back the R6510. It has been 6 months now, and every time I phone them they tell me they'll look into it, but nothing ever happens. I can't get the money they owe me out of them, no matter what I try. They're always very quick to ask for money, but uselessin paying money that they owe. It's pathetic.</p>
