Poor, ********* communication

Their metering company for my building (IS metering) sent out messages about the references we were to use when buying electricity. Apparently the reference contradicts Huurkor's reference policy for electricity purchases and if you use the reference in the message they don't credit your rental account, even with proof of payment. Huurkor knew about these messages, knew they contradicted their policy and said nothing to tenants to clarify until the rent was due. All communication regarding water and electricity comes from the metering company, so I had no reason to doubt Huurkor's knowledge of this change as they had clearly reached an agreement before about how they'd communicate and consolidate this information to each other. I have to pay twice for the same thing now.
