Poor service, defamation and harassment

We've been living in the residence for over 6 months with a broken stove even after we've sent emails of complaints. They also charged us a water bill of over R10 000 that has been in arrears before our arrival. And now we're being harassed to pay a phantom 9000 for electricity even though there is proof of monthly payments from our side. Currently we are living the dark, bathing with cold water because they refuse to reconnect us, even though we evidently don't have an outstanding balance.
