Poor Service and Etiquette

I've been looking for accommodation and have been dealing with a lot of real estate agents, today I called Huurkor and I was giving two contact numbers to call for agents who could help me on the Arcadia & Sunnyside area. I called the first number and there was no answer for about 5 attempts during the course of the morning. I was then given a number which belongs to a lady by the name Rebecca, when I called I was told to send a sms and she will get back to me. I was polite on the phone and even with my sms. I received a sms at 20:59 just saying, \come with your documentation."No explanation as to where I need to go"
