They dont pay back deposit and find any excuse to deduct exorbitant money from your deposit.

Flats are poorly managed and the service is horrible.

The electricity switches off at any point.

You have to serve 60days notice to move out and only get your deposit after 30days and not in full.

When you move out, the people who move in are already at the door with their belongs.

The agents knock at any point at the door for viewings without appointment.

God forbid you have anything on yhe walls they deduct the whole deposit.

When moving out the agents knock every hour.
