Poor service

In may I made application for rental at Therasa Gables in Pretoria north, the agent name assisting is 'Rebecca Sehlabela, she never took me to see the unit I had to make my own arrangements with then current tenant. Upon going to sign lease agreement the rent advertised was very much different from the rent on lease agreement and due to my desperation to have a place I signed the lease agreement but I did voice my concern about this issue but I was told by Carien that its none of her business. <br> <br> On the day I moved in the unit was not ready as there were no keys and I had to literally beg my previous tenant to take me in for another day, I called Carien and Rebecca on the day asking for keys but they couldn't be bothered. When I finally moved there a few maintenance issues which I raise and till this day those concerns have not been addressed. <br> <br> Your truly<br> <br> Bokang Monyane
