Poor maintenance and repairs not being done for six months since move in date

Huurkor has terrible customer service. I moved in January at apartments On Gerhard in centurion, there were damages and repairs that were supposed to be done, took pictures send them an email within a month after moving in and they never attended the repairs. I was told that they still waiting for the previous tenant, an invoice was sent to her for repairs. It's June already and nothing has been fixed and they don't say anything. This morning I woke up to a leaking ceiling in my kitchen, stove and kitchen counter is flooded with water. I called in to inform them about this because it's been happening for the 3rd time and nobody seems to pick up on their maintenance line. Received an email saying that they will speak to the contractor. It's cold, I can't jse my stove. What an inconvenience. People should not take any lease under Huurkor. Appalling customer service. It's ridiculous even more so since we pay for admin services monthly but their team doesn't attend to anything
