Poor customers relation and abuse of legal power

They run accommodation rentals and admimistration. Very inconsiderate about clients and expect client payday to fit their systems. I requested them proof of settlement of my arrears and they totally refused to provide it after they took me to debt collectors. Now my credit record appear as if the same debts is unpaid. To me is now abuse of their legal muscle because they can afford lawyers.
