Poor customer service

I have never had such a bad experience with an estate agent. Rebecca from Huurkor PTA branch does not know the meaning of professionalism. We arranged a viewing for Saturday 11am. On the Friday 9pm I get a message saying " its cold lets make it 1pm" I am thinking what kind of agent would change viewing time just because its cold but I agreed anyway. Saturday morning just before 10am I get a text " can we push it for 11h30 as I finished funeral early" amazed by this I rep**** " I won't be able to as I am busy with something till 12 than I will drive there" no reply when I arrive for my viewing she was no where to be found 30 minutes later she responds and says she was there from 11 -12h30 she is with her family this and that. I am like you asked for 1pm and changed times 2x which I told you i can not change since I was busy. She has really put me off renting from them and has actually made me search the reviews for Huurkor as I have never came across such an unprofessional estate agent.
