Poor customer service

I am one of the many unhappy tenants currently renting out a flat in Apollo 10 Pretoria West Soutter Street managed by Huurkor Sunnyside. About two weeks ago,without any consultation with tenants, huurkor started handing out letters to tenants stating that they were going to change the current remote system of operating the gate which we use to gain access to the building,into a new cellphone system whereby one will have to give a missed to their main server(me think) in order to gain access to the building.<br> <br> The majority of tenants rejects the new proposed system as there were no proper consultation from huurkor side as it was made clear by huurkor that they were not even prepared to consult with us and hear out from us what problems we have with the current system,to the extent that they were actually forcing the system on us by going as far threatening to evict us from the building if we did not comply with the proposed system.<br> <br> We actually spoke to this guy- Karel - and he was so rude to us that he even threatened to evict all of us from the building. All we want is proper consultation before any system can be implemented and be treated with respect and dignity.
