Pathetic service from huurkor

So here i am sitting in my car and waiting for some responsible and accountable manager or director from Huurkor to phone me, following a call 45 minutes ago, asking the lady to get me some manager or director to phone me.......now we previously had a contact person at Huurkor who managed our 3 (yes only three) properties, and received emails from 2 ladies at Huurkor who were one or both our contact people. Now both have left Huurkor, and no responsible or accountable person (never mind manager or director), let us know, even when our one property was in the market for a tenant. So in saying that we have an empty house and am more or less guessing who took over the account. So would Huurkor rate this as excellent or pathetic service?
