Pathetic Huurkor Service:Dumisani Khoza

Received the most pathetic service from the Huurkor sunnyside branch .I went to their offices in the morning at 8:39 and the lady at reception what very helpful and she gave the list and the contact name and number for the person to contact .When I contacted the person Rodney ,he was very honest with me that he is always busy but he will see how he can help .at midday today ,I went back to the office to ask for them to give me someone else to help as Rodney was busy ,the lady from reception was helpful and gave me a contact number for someone else to help and that was at 1 pm .I call him and he said I must send him a WhatsApp and we should me at the premises we wanted to view at 2:45.

We were there at the schedules time and called him and he never answered and we decided to call with a different number and he answered and said the people staying the are not there so there is nothing he can do .we then deceived to call the office to speak to his manager and when the manager ask him he now lies that we got there late and drops the phone .

We then decided to drive to the offices and luckily they were still open and we spoke to the manager and when the guy who made the appointment who goes by the name Dumisani Khoza came ,he was very arrogant and acted like he was doing me a favor,even the managers couldn’t contain him .

They then called the general manager as I told them I wanted my petrol money as I came from far .the general manager had to reschedule the appointment as Dumisani Khoza had **** about it and he didn’t have the decency to come and apologise and even the management never apologised to us .A whole day wasted by an agency which doesn’t value their clients .

Flat owners please think twice when looking into getting an agency ,these ones don’t value clients like huurkor wont look after your property.Pathetic Service
