Over charged

I rented a flat at huurkor. When I move out it happened that the guys who were moving my things hit the gate which huurkor said it's R3500. To my surprise I got an email saying I owe them R12 448.80. My question was for what they said damaging property inside. I then requested a breakdown cause they're threatening to blacklist me. I have never broken a window nor nailed the wall.
