only good at credit control and NOTHING ELSE!

Nothing about my stay was good. Have been living at Theresa Gables since Jan and i am gatvol! Pay administration fees for everything yet you have to arrange everything yourself starting from getting access remotes and arranging for your own electricity to be connected. Whats the admin fee for? Spent weekend without electricity and as a result had to book into a guesthouse on sunday to be able to bath for work, my fridge content went off and since january i have been promised a refund for those. When calling to enquire abt hw far the lrocess is im sent from pillar to post so i deducted it from my next rent. So they *******ly locked me out (no magistrate order) and charge me their costs of getting a locksmith. I have been sitting without keys since jan only have to front door (not back door keys, no garage keys either) oven not working, shower drain blocked, floor tiles for some reason are not stuck to the floor. Report more than 7 times but no reaction, the only thing u thing they are good at is to send u 3 sms a day to inform u that if u dnt pay R200 drastic action will be taken against u. ***? Huurkor is a bunch of losers
