Office not picking up their phones

I booked a viewing for today 12/10/2015 @ 8:30 on a property advertised by Huurkor.The person (Niel) from Huurkor showing me the property was on time , for which i was happy but unfortunately we could not enter the property as no one came out to open.We both tried to contact the Huurkor office but there is no answer.I am still trying to contact them but the phones are just ringing.I have wasted my time going to the property only to leave without a viewing.I cant even make a new booking.I dont think i would want to rent a property from them if this is the service you get.
